Beginners with no martial arts background are welcome. Start safely with posture, breathing, Ukemi and footwork, then progress at a pace suited to your experience.

Beginners Welcome

No Ninjutsu or martial arts experience is needed. We begin carefully with the fundamentals of safe movement.

Training Etiquette

Respect the place, nature, your instructor and fellow participants, and follow all safety instructions.

Instruction is available in Japanese, English and French. You can participate without speaking Japanese.
